Dutch and German Speaking Customer Service Representative

Remote working - Candidates must be based in the UK; will attend office for initial training and occasional visits
- Salary: around £35,000 per annum

- Support internal and external stakeholders across Europe
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
- Provide clear, supportive assistance to customers across various channels
- Manage administrative tasks related to customer accounts and orders
- Multilingual with fluency in Dutch and German
- Previous experience in customer service
- IT literate
- Hands‑on attitude and great communication skills
