We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to assist users of a major global digital platform across multiple support channels. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will support users with technical questions, account and login issues, subscription‑related inquiries, and content or service guidance. Support is delivered through calls, chat, email, and social media. (You will not handle two live or two offline channels at the same time.)

• German at C1+ level
• English language proficiency
• Experience delivering support via multiple channels

This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Türkiye.

• Net Salary: 33,000 TL
• Quality Bonus: 10%
