We are looking for French-speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Lisbon. Work in Portugal – Remote in Portugal.

Position: Customer Support Representative

Your Main Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls.
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services.
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication.
• Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines.
• Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed.

Salary Package With & Without Accommodation

• Salary:
  Up to 1,000 € + performance & complexity bonus gross per month (14 salaries per year).
• Relocation support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad).

Accommodation Option

Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months. Rent: 280 € per month, all utilities included (deducted from the payslip).

Working Conditions

• 40 hours per week + 1 hour lunch break.
• 22 vacation days per year.
• Compensation day when working on a Portuguese public holiday.
