Work in Portugal - Customer Care/German Market (Remote Job with Accommodation)

We are looking for German-speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Lisbon.

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote in Portugal

Market: German-Speaking

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
• Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
• Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed

Salary:
Up to 1,300 € + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)

Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)

Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months

Rent:
280 € / month
, all utilities included (deducted from payslip)

• 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
• 22 vacation days per year
