Overview
Online Consultant (Remote) - Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month and accommodation provided.
Responsibilities- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video calls
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service or consulting
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Must have a biometric passport for travel purposes
Salary of $1000 per month with accommodation provided. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home.
