Job Title:
Online Consultant - English Speaking (Indian/Malayalee) - Contract
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and assistance to clients in English language. This position is specifically open for Indian or Malayalee candidates who are proficient in English and have experience working in a customer service or online support role. This is a contract job, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, or video conferencing
- Understand client needs and provide timely and accurate solutions
