• German + English (B2 minimum)

• Net Salary: 33,000 TL

• Night & Attendance Bonus: 5,000 TL monthly (first 2 months)

• Meal Card Allowance: 4,500 TL (Sodexo/Pluxee)

• Private Health Insurance: via Mapfre (employee only; family optional at extra cost)

  • Monday to Sunday, shifts between 11:00 21:00

  • Possible shift options: 11:00 20:00 or 11:00 21:00

• Remote from anywhere in Turkey work where you are most productive

• Provide support to Uber drivers via phone, chat, and email

• Resolve inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently

• Ensure a high level of satisfaction in every interaction

• Fluent in German + English (B2+)

• Eligible to work in Turkey
