What You’ll Do
Provide support to customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later).
Handle common inquiries such as:
- Store locations
- Online returns
- Complaint management
- Checking product stock in stores
- Product reservations (IBS)

Salary & BenefitsNet Salary: 30,000 TL
Quality Bonus:
Up to 20% of salary (valid until end of 2025).
Meal Card (Pluxee): 4,500 TL allowance.

Weekdays between 09:00 – 23:00 (Summer: until 22:00, Winter: until 23:00).
Rotating shifts:
- 09:00 – 18:00
- 10:00 – 19:00
- 11:00 – 20:00
- 12:00 – 21:00
- 13:00 – 22:00
Split shift: 09:00 – 13:00 / 18:00 – 23:00 (every 78 weeks, with 2 days off including one weekend day).
Breaks: 1 hour daily (within 9‑hour schedule).
Days off:
Sunday + 1 variable day.
Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only, weekends off).
Hours:
09:00 – 18:00 / 10:00 – 19:00.
Format:
Online.
Attendance is mandatory.
RequirementsGerman proficiency (C1/C2) mandatory.
Located in Turkey, able to work from home.
Average or above‑average computer skills.
A smartphone for secure VPN login verification.
