About the Role: We are looking for German-speaking professionals based in Turkey to join our growing remote customer support team. You will assist customers via chat, email, or phone, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support in German (written and verbal).
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working remotely.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (C1 level or higher).
• Currently residing in Turkey with valid work eligibility.
