Work From Home Customer Service Representative (German Speakers) – Remote (within Turkey).

Required:

German (C1/C2) + Basic English. We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of a leading European technology retailer.

• Assist customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later).
• Handle requests about store locations, product availability, returns, complaints, and reservations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with professional and solution-oriented support.
• Work in a stable, long-term project with a strong team culture.

• 100% Remote work from anywhere in Turkey
• Net Salary: 30,000 TL
• Quality Bonus: up to 20% of salary (valid until end of 2025)

• Weekdays 09:00–23:00 (rotating shifts)

• Basic computer skills + smartphone for VPN login
