Job Description:
We are looking for Dutch or German-speaking Customer Service Representatives who are already based in Turkey. You will join our international team and provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle customer inquiries in Dutch or German (and occasionally in English)
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
- Native or fluent level in Dutch or German
- Good command of English (B1+ or higher)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Must already be residing in Turkey
