German-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Istanbul, Turkey (On-site & Remote Options Available)

! You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

• Provide outstanding customer service in German
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality

On-site: Modern offices in central Istanbul

Remote:

• If you relocate: work-from-home (WFH) within Istanbul
• If you already live in Turkey: WFH from anywhere in Turkey

• 2 weeks hotel accommodation
• Paid flight ticket (within the EU)
• Airport pickup
• Real estate agency fee covered

• Fluency in German (spoken & written)
• Good level of English
• EU citizenship is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
