German Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote Based Anywhere in Türkiye
Contract Type: Full-time
Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping people? We’re looking for motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join our international customer support team.
You will handle inbound calls and emails from restaurant partners and customers, resolving inquiries and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Requirements- German:
Native or C1 level - English:
Minimum B1 (for internal tools and communication) - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, digital environment
