Customer service worker

In this position, you would be working for a car-rental agency as a customer service agent. This company offers an all-inclusive service, allowing customers to relax and enjoy their trip. This unique service is what you will help to provide. The company operates in the Dutch, French, and Belgian markets, so you will be required to speak both French and Dutch for this position.

Your tasks will include helping customers find a suitable car and assisting them with any situation that might arise along the way. You will also be in contact with local rental companies about possible deals. The company prides itself on its customer service, making your role as a customer service agent very important. The service is open from 08:00 to 20:30, and your workdays will vary within this time frame.

You will have to work two weekend days a month, but you will be fairly compensated.

It is possible to work this position from both Belgium and The Netherlands. If you work from Belgium, you will attend a training program in Haarlem, which includes a 4-week stay where you will learn the job and get familiar with the company and your colleagues.

• Au minimum niveau mbo 4 ou capacité équivalente;
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English;
