German-Speaking Customer Advisor

Remote anywhere in Turkey or On-Site (Istanbul / Izmir depending on project)

Full-time, permanent

Deliver high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, or chat

Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills

Document all interactions in internal systems (CRM)

Work collaboratively with team leaders to meet performance KPIs

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by following company guidelines

• Native or C2 German
• B1/B2 English for internal communication
• Based in Turkey OR willing to relocate
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales background is a plus
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Ability to work in rotating shifts depending on project
• Motivation to grow in an international environment
