Whether assisting with retirement planning, investments, personal information updates, or providing compassionate support during bereavements, you will ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

Handling inbound and outbound calls related to life assurance, savings, investments, and pension plans, while delivering exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Strong communication and listening skills to understand and assist customers effectively
