A leading Destination Management Company in Scotland is seeking a Groups Executive for the North America & Long Haul Markets. This hybrid role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing leisure groups' operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring optimal margins through upselling.
Fluency in English and knowledge of the tourism industry are essential. An additional language is preferable. The position offers flexible working options, including up to 60 days remote work abroad.
