As a Customer Support Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring new customers are onboarded seamlessly and existing ones receive top-notch support.
You're the first person they turn to for guidance on our products, and you're the one they count on when something unexpectedly goes wrong.
You’ll be part of a collaborative support team, working directly with clients to ensure their success.
You’ll help customers overcome challenges with our products, monitor their progress, and provide valuable feedback to our product teams for future improvements.
As the dedicated 2nd line support for one of our products, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge and expertise.
You’ll take the lead on onboarding new clients, ensuring a positive experience from day one and answering all their questions.
You’ll be at the center of the action, collaborating with all teams across the company and engaging with a diverse range of customers. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with different areas of our work and support channels.

You have some relevant work experience related to the customer facing environment.
You are confident with speaking with the customers over the phone addressing their needs and challenges with ease.
You're an exceptional communicator, a natural multi-tasker, and you bring a positive attitude to everything you do.
