We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global customer experience leader, supporting clients through digital interaction channels. The role is remote
, based in Turkey

Work schedules follow seasonal shifts:
09:0018:00 or 15:0000:00 (possibly 16:0001:00), with final confirmation before onboarding. Each day includes a 30minute lunch break and three 15minute short breaks
, plus two rotational days off per week

Training spans 10 business days
, from 10:00 to 19:00
, held remotely via Microsoft Teams> to ensure full preparation for live client support.
You will receive a net salary of 33,000 TL per month
