Luxury Leisure Travel Consultant - Arabic speaking
We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support Ten Group’s Luxury Lifestyle Management services.
Overview of Responsibilities- Advise premium customers on the phone and by email in Arabic and English.
- Process customer requests from offer preparation to billing, covering restaurant/club reservations, gifts, tickets, spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, sightseeing, etc.
- Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination agencies.
- Prepare tailor‑made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas and administrative processing.
- Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique opportunities.
- Excellent language skills in professional Arabic and English (C2 level).
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in tourism.
- Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator, travel agency, or at least 3 years in luxury concierge, hospitality, or high‑end customer service.
- GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge.
- Strong passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture.
- Service‑oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Group values.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Available on a full‑time basis (40 hrs per week).

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. - Position requires working from office, 5 days a week.
