Role:
Customer Success Manager (Virtual Customers & Clients)
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll take on multiple responsibilities and play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for Virtual and other clients
- Troubleshoot and triage client issues, offering practical and innovative solutions
- Coordinate client deliverables with the operations team
- Work closely with the accounting and product teams to enhance product features based on client feedback

- Are a strong problem solver who enjoys challenges
- Prefer remote work and value flexibility
- Are friendly, professional, and enjoy working with colleagues from various nationalities
- Are excellent in English (written and spoken)
- Are fluent in Mandarin
- Must have a background in accounting/finance (Diploma / Degree)
- Are a confident and effective communicator
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Arrangement:
Remote (Work from Home, with occasional office days and visiting clients) - Schedule:
Monday to Friday

- Do you have strong communication and writing skills in English?
- Are you able to read, write, and speak Mandarin fluently?
