About the Role
Join our remote team supporting German-speaking clients. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining outstanding service standards.
Responsibilities- Resolve account, billing, and general service queries
- Escalate complex cases to higher-level support
- Keep accurate records in CRM
- Contribute to continuous service improvement
- German C2, English C1
- Based in Turkey
- Customer-service or contact-center experience preferred
- Fully remote role + paid training
