Responsibilities- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat requests in German

- Outbound sales
- Forward cases to relevant departments when necessary

- Fluent German speaking and writing skills
- Residence in Turkey
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a solution‑focused attitude
