You will assist German-speaking customers via inbound calls, email, and chat. Your main responsibility is resolving inquiries related to orders, reservations, modifications, or general information requests. A key aspect of this role includes offering related services (like travel insurance) where applicable, which provides uncapped commission potential. You will act as a professional and empathetic representative for one of the world's leading brands in its sector.
