Job Description & Requirements
- Salary up to $4000
- Working time: 8:30am - 5:30pm, 7am - 3pm OR 3pm - 11pm (Can Choose)
- Work Location:
Tampines (Near IKEA) - Work Day:
Monday / Friday OR Wednesday - Sunday (Work from Home on Saturday & Sunday)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular and ad‑hoc updates/reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.
- SAP/MRP knowledge is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
