About the job Multilingual Customer Support Representative (Remote – Türkiye)
We are looking for multilingual speakers to join a customer support team for an international project.
Location: Remote within Türkiye
Employment: Full-time (shift-based)
Languages (one required): German or Dutch or Sorani Kurdish
What you’ll do:- Support users via chat, email, and/or phone
- Resolve inquiries and provide accurate information
- Document cases clearly and follow internal quality standards
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a strong customer experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic English for internal communication
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Experience is a plus (training provided)
