We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to support a leading global streaming platform. If you enjoy helping people and solving problems with ease, this fully remote role could be perfect for you.

• Assist customers via inbound calls & chat
• Support with login issues, payments, refunds, and subscription access
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
• Work with guidance from experienced mentors

• Chat: 18 minutes
• Calls: 12 minutes
• (Max 2 chats at once; no simultaneous calls & chats)

• Remote (from Türkiye)
• Shifts:
  
  11:00 - 20:00 / 14:00 - 23:00 (moves 1 hour earlier during daylight saving time)
• Monthly schedules shared in advance
• Time‑off requests approved 80% when requested early
• Breaks: 75 minutes daily
• Days Off: 2 variable days per week

• 8 days training + 2 weeks nesting (fully online)
• Nesting alternates between chat and calls

• Net Salary: 42,000 TL
• Monthly Bonus: 5,000 TL
• Quality Bonus: up to 4,200 TL
• Meal Card: 4,500 TL

• Total Monthly Potential: up to 55,700 TL
