We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for Media Markt & Saturn (MMS) fully remote across Turkey!

Support customers with inquiries such as:

• Nearest store locations
• Online product returns
• Complaints and issue resolution
• Stock availability checks
• Product reservation requests

• Handle inbound calls (emails may be included later)
• Provide basic technical support when needed
• Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and customer satisfaction initiatives

Net Salary: 42,000 TL

Bonuses:

• Attendance bonus: 5,000 TL (with 100% shift compliance, valid until end of 2025)
• Quality bonus: up to 10% of salary

Provided via Mapfre (employee only)

Shifts between 09:00 - 20:00 CET (summer hours; winter adds +1 hour)

Rotating shifts:

• 09:00 - 18:00
• 10:00 - 19:00
• 11:00 - 20:00
• 12:00 - 21:00
• 13:00 - 22:0

Breaks: 1 hour daily (within 9-hour schedule)

Days off: 2 per week (Sunday fixed, second day variable)

Work on public holidays required (paid at 2x rate by law)
