We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for Media Markt & Saturn (MMS) supporting customers in Germany and Austria!
What You’ll DoProvide support to customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later).
Handle common inquiries such as:- Store locations.
- Online returns.
- Complaint management.
- Checking product stock in stores.
- Product reservations (IBS).
Deliver excellent service, contributing to high customer satisfaction.

Salary & BenefitsNet Salary: 30,000 TL
Quality Bonus:
Up to 20% of salary (valid until end of 2025).
Meal Card (Pluxee): 4,500 TL allowance.

Weekdays between 09:00–23:00 (Summer: until 22:00, Winter: until 23:00).
Rotating shifts:- 09:00-18:00
- 10:00-19:00
- 11:00-20:00
- 12:00-21:00
- 13:00-22:00
Split shift: 09:00–13:00 / 18:00–23:00 (every 78 weeks, with 2 days off including one weekend day).
Breaks: 1 hour daily (within 9-hour schedule).
Days off:
Sunday + 1 variable day.
Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only, weekends off).
Hours:
09:00–18:00 / 10:00–19:00.
Format:
Online.
Attendance is mandatory.
RequirementsGerman proficiency (C1/C2) mandatory.
Located in Turkey, able to work from home.
Average or above-average computer skills.
