Remote Customer Advisor HBO Max

About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to support users of HBO Max streaming platforms. You will assist customers with technical issues, account and content inquiries, and subscription-related questions across multiple channels c.

This is a remote position
, and all necessary equipment will be provided.

• Location: Remote (only residents in Turkey)

  German C1, English B1
• Shifts: Rotating shift schedule (5 days per week)
• Summer
  
  Shifts:
  
  10:00-19:00, 13:00-22:00, 16:00-01:00
• Winter
  
  Shifts:
  
  11:00-20:00, 14:00-23:00, 17:00-02:00

• Provide customer support through phone, email, chat and social media
• Assist customers with technical issues, account and content inquiries
• Follow internal processes and escalation cases when needed
• Deliver service with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B1)
• Strong communication, problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Computer literacy
• Turkish  (must reside in Turkey)

• Online 10-day onboarding training
• Net Salary: 30,000 TL
• Quality Bonus: 10%
