Work From Home Customer Service Representative (German Speakers)
Do you speak German fluently (C1/C2) and want to grow your career with one of Europe's leading technology retailers?
We're hiring Customer Service Representatives for Media Markt & Saturn (MMS) supporting customers across Germany.
What You'll Do- Provide support to customers via inbound calls (emails may follow).
- Handle inquiries: returns, complaints, product stock checks & reservations.
- Deliver excellent service as part of a stable, long‑standing project.
- Remote work anywhere in Turkey.
- Net Salary: 30,000 TL + up to 20% quality bonus.
- Meal Card (Pluxee): 4,500 TL.
- Private Health Insurance (Mapfre).
- Public holidays paid x2.

- German proficiency (C1/C2).
- Located in Turkey, able to work from home.
- Good computer skills + smartphone for VPN login.
Training: 2 weeks online, weekdays only.
Shifts:
