• Provide high-quality support to customers via inbound calls (email support may be added later).
• Address customer inquiries such as:
  • Store locations and product availability.
  • Online returns and complaint management.
  • Product reservations and stock checks.
• Deliver exceptional service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively in team meetings, training, and engagement events.

• Operating hours:
  Weekdays between 09:00 - 23:00
  • Summer: until 22:00
  • Winter: until 23:00
• Rotating shifts:
  • 09:00 - 18:00
  • 10:00 - 19:00
  • 11:00 - 20:00
  • 12:00 - 21:00
  • 13:00 - 22:00
• Split shift: 09:00 - 13:00 / 18:00 - 23:00 (every 7,8 weeks, includes one weekend day off).
• Breaks: 1 hour per day (within a 9-hour schedule).
• Days off:
  Sunday + 1 variable day per week.

• Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only, weekends off).
• Schedule:
  
  09:00
  -18:00 or 10:00 - 19:00.
• Format:
  Online (attendance required).

• Fluency in German (C1/C2) mandatory.
• Residence in Turkey with eligibility to work remotely.
• Solid computer literacy and ability to navigate online systems.
