Job Opportunity:
German-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Istanbul, Turkey (On-site & Remote Options Available)
Work Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Eligibility: EU Citizens Only
About the RoleAre you fluent in German and passionate about providing excellent customer support? Join our international team in vibrant Istanbul! You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
What You’ll Do- Provide outstanding customer service in German
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality
On‑site: Modern offices in central Istanbul
Remote: If you relocate: work‑from‑home (WFH) within Istanbul;
If you already live in Turkey: WFH from anywhere in Turkey
- 2 weeks hotel accommodation
- Paid flight ticket (within the EU)
- Airport pickup
- Real estate agency fee covered
- Fluency in German (spoken & written)
- Good level of English
- EU citizenship is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset
