Customer Service Representative – Aptia Group

Join us as a Customer Service Representative at Aptia Group. You will act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.

This role is a hybrid position based in Edinburgh with the flexibility to work from home.

What you will be doing

Respond to basic customer enquiries regarding products and services.
Capture details from member interactions, identify vulnerabilities, and log accurate call notes.
Answer telephone enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Update the central member database and process call notes and after‑call work.
Identify vulnerable customers and log accordingly.

We’re looking for

Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support in financial services.
Enjoy helping customers and a willingness to learn pensions knowledge.
