Position OverviewAs a Travel Specialist
, you’ll serve as the go‑to expert for clients looking to book leisure or group travel experiences. You’ll use your destination knowledge, creativity, and organizational skills to design seamless itineraries that inspire exploration. This role is ideal for someone who loves travel, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a flexible, remote environment.
- Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences.
- Design and present personalized travel packages, itineraries, and quotes.
- Book flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and transfers through preferred suppliers.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records in the booking system or CRM.
- Handle changes, cancellations, or travel disruptions with professionalism and care.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and supplier promotions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Previous experience in travel sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems or supplier portals (a plus).
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable working remotely.
