Close collaboration with Customer Service colleagues responsible for other markets ensures seamless service delivery. Flexibility to step in and share tasks during absences helps maintain continuity and keeps operations running smoothly.

• You have a vocation/ bachelor education with experience in a Customer Service role
• You speak the German and English language excellent and a third language would be a plus
