Softcat is a leading IT infrastructure provider and a FTSE 250 listed company. We are looking for a Customer Services Executive based in Marlow to join our Customer Services Team.

As a Customer Services Executive you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day organisation and smooth running of the returns process, and support our sales teams.

• Process returns requests and credit requests.
• Unravel and resolve queries and discrepancies with customers and suppliers.
• Process credit and reinvoices for customers, working closely with our credit control team.
• Resolve duplicate shipments with our Accounts payable team and suppliers.
• Understand internal processes and systems in order to provide sales teams with assistance and advice.
• Process financial transactions such as raising customer and supplier credits and the impact this has on the wider business.
• Act as a dedicated Customer Service representative for several sales teams.

• Hard worker not afraid to roll sleeves up.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Excellent communication and administration skills.

• Hybrid pattern – 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.
