What Youll Be Doing:
Delivering exceptional customer support to clients in  German
Engaging with users through various platforms and solving issues with precision and empathy
Working closely with our international team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Handling tasks in a dynamic, multi-lingual environment with opportunities to develop new skills

What Youll Need to Succeed:
C2-level proficiency in German
A passion for delivering top-notch customer service
A strong desire to grow and develop your career in a multinational environment
Previous experience in customer service (preferred, but not required)
We welcomes candidates relocating with their  partners and/or children . While  relocation support  is only available for the candidate, we offer assistance in finding accommodation at discounted rates through our real estate partners.
Flight ticket reimbursement up to  200  will be provided after 6 months (for the candidate only).
