• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and services to enhance customer experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude

• Fluency in English, German, and French
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multi-tasking

• Previous customer service experience in the automotive sector
• Familiarity with new technologies and eagerness to learn
• Residing in the Oshawa, ON area (preferred but not mandatory)
