Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support in Italian

Manage customer inquiries via multiple channels efficiently

Document interactions and solutions in internal systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Achieve individual KPIs while delivering outstanding service

Candidate Requirements

Italian:
Native / C2

English: B2 (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work remotely from Greece or in the Athens office

Open to relocating and starting a new life in Greece

Remuneration

Salary: €1,045 per month
* 14 months

2‑week hotel accommodation + flight ticket (within EU)
