• Helping customers via email, live chat, and occasional phone calls
• Resolving queries with clarity, accuracy, and a positive attitude
• Troubleshooting account or product issues using internal tools
• Logging interactions and following up where needed
• Collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience
• Representing the brand with professionalism and warmth

You don’t need previous customer service experience — we’ll train you.

• A strong communicator (written + verbal)
• Calm, patient, and good with people
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
