Customer Services Support Executive – Marlow

Softcat, a FTSE 250 provider of IT infrastructure, is looking for a Customer Services Support Executive to manage the returns process and support our sales teams from our Marlow head office.

As a key member of our Customer Services Team you will organise and run the day‑to‑day returns workflow, liaise with suppliers, and resolve customer billing issues. The role is fast‑paced, requires strong organisational skills, and offers the chance to grow within a high‑growth technology business.

• Manage returns in and out of the warehouse and weekly returns to main suppliers.
• Conduct monthly stock checks at partner warehouses, manage stock in/out, and place internal and external orders.
• Chase credit notes, return goods, obtain return authorisation, and resolve supplier queries and discrepancies.
• Investigate order delivery discrepancies and resolve customer queries with care.

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent time‑management, communication, and administration skills.
• Strong team player who can work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) with strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Hybrid working pattern – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
