About the Role
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our client's team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and design, with a strong eye for detail and a flair for creativity.

In this role you will develop and implement marketing strategies, create engaging content, and manage social media channels. You will also design and produce marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
  • Create and proof‑read marketing copy for various platforms
  • Design and produce marketing content including social media posts, brochures, and presentations
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external agencies
  • Maintain and update customer databases

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with social media platforms and B2B marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) and video editing software
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self‑motivated with problem‑solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Express

Customer Service Advisor – Edinburgh

Location: Edinburgh City Centre
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7‑hour shifts between 8 am – 6 pm
Hybrid Working: 3 days/week home working after training
Contract Type: Temporary – 12 months

A friendly, proactive, and customer‑focused Customer Service Advisor will join our client's growing team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will deliver exceptional service across a range of communication channels.

  • Make daily calls from the call diary to generate repeat orders
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically
  • Grow and develop new and lapsed accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Liaise with internal teams to follow up on customer requests
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
  • Interest in progressing to a management position
