What Youll Do
Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy

Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided)

Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience

Collaborate with a young, international, and dynamic team

What Were Looking For
Italian (C2) and English at least B2 level

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn

No previous experience required we will train you

Must be residing or willing to relocate to Greece (remote work only from Greece)
