Italian Speaker Customer Service Expert

We are seeking  Fluent Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives  to join our client's service provider team. This is a  remote position within Greece , ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer care, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Provide clear and professional support to French-speaking customers

Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions

Ensure customer satisfaction by following company guidelines

Cooperate closely with internal teams when needed

Requirements

Fluent Italian  (C1+)

Good command of English (for internal communication)

Strong communication and customer-service skills

EU Passport holder  or  currently residing in Greece

Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection

Previous customer service experience is a plus
