This fully remote role allows agents to set their own schedules while utilizing One Pilot's technology for effective customer service. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and be comfortable with technology. Agents earn between €15 and €20 per hour based on ticket resolution, with flexible working hours offered from Monday to Friday.
