We are hiring  Work-at-Home (WAH) Customer Service Agents  to provide friendly and efficient support to customers from a remote location. This role is perfect for individuals who are empathetic, patient, and enjoy solving problems while working independently.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Meet performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:  All MCI Locations     Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
Subject to the program and location of the position     Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results. (Does not apply in Canada)
