Position: Klantenservice Specialist (Nederlands) Fulltime Thuiswerk in Turkije!

Overview

Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist Full-time Remote Work in Turkey. You will join our Customer Support team from your home office in Turkey, representing a globally recognized brand that specializes in home and interior products. This is a full-time role with a stable schedule and excellent secondary benefits.

What Your Task Is

You ensure a seamless customer experience by providing solutions and answering questions about products, orders, and service.

  • Inbound contacts:
    Handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat related to orders, deliveries, assembly, and returns.
  • First-Line Resolution:
    Adequately resolving problems upon first contact to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise:
    Develop into an expert in our product range to provide customers with the most accurate information.
  • Quality Standards:
    Follow procedures and document all communication accurately.

    Full-time (40 hours), 5 days per week. Schedule rotates across Winter and Summer; service hours from Monday to Saturday (09:00–18:00) and Sunday (11:00–20:00).

Your Profile
  • Language:
    Fluent Dutch (C2/Native) in both written and verbal form.
  • English:

    Strong affinity for customer service, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
