Customer Support Representative Inbound Calls (German + English)
Fully remote
Are you a German-speaking professional with excellent communication skills? We're hiring a Customer Support Representative (German + English) to join our remote team in Turkey
. In this role, you'll handle inbound customer requests, ensuring satisfaction and timely assistance.
- Manage inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in German and English.
- Provide accurate product or service information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through empathy and professionalism.
- German and English language proficiency.
- Turkish residence required.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts when required.
- Salary: TL per month.
- Up to 10% Quality Bonus.
- Fully remote position within Turkey.
