Rotational shifts including weekdays and weekends

Must be based in Bulgaria

• Review and moderate user-generated content according to platform guidelines
• Ensure community safety by identifying and escalating policy violations
• Respond to user inquiries via internal systems with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and user interactions
• Contribute to a respectful and secure online environment

• Hybrid work model: mostly from home with minimal office presence (2 days / month)
